Production schedules are real, but they’re never a reason to skip prep. A tile package that goes in flat, waterproofed, and on time is what keeps builders calling back.

On the renovation side, the 1970s and 80s homes in Newton, Guildford and Fleetwood are full of bathrooms and kitchens ready for a rebuild, and we bring the same assembly-first approach whether it’s one shower or an entire spec home. Surrey Centre and Guildford towers and the townhome complexes in Clayton bring strata work with its own logistics.

Bathroom renovations run from a rebuilt family bathroom in Fleetwood to a wet-room ensuite in a Morgan Creek new build. Shower tile installation comes up on its own in the older homes and in builder-grade showers from the 2000s that have started to leak. Kitchen renovations bring long porcelain floors through open plans and backsplashes in everything from subway to slab.

The larger South Surrey homes bring custom tile installation: slab showers, bookmatched feature walls, mitred edges, and entry floors set out to the front door. Commercial tile along King George Boulevard, in Morgan Crossing and in Surrey Centre rounds it out.

Basement suites

Suites are a big part of Surrey housing, and suite bathrooms and kitchens sit on a slab. Slab moisture, drainage, and the height of the finished floor at the door all need planning before tile goes down. We check the slab and tell you what it needs before quoting.

For builders, we hold a schedule, confirm material lead times before the dates are locked, and keep the layout consistent from one bathroom to the next through the house. For homeowners, we run the full renovation or come in as the tile contractor on a project a designer or builder is already running.
